Led by Irene Leak and supported by a gifted and caring team, Still Waters Ministries are a body of Christians whose calling is to minister the love of Jesus to men and women who are broken, crushed or held captive in any way. To those whose lives are shaped by their circumstances rather than by their identity in Christ.
The ministry uses scripture and biblical principles, combined with teaching and expressive worship, music, movement and drama to convey the truths of the bible and the healing love of Jesus to change lives.
Still Waters is a Christ centred ministry whose vision and purpose is to point others to Christ, whilst encouraging spiritual, emotional and physical wholeness. We long to see people empowered by His Spirit to live as unique individuals to the glory of the Father and the building up of the church.
We recognise that for many this will mean facing their hurts and the painful realities of life in order to find hope, healing and freedom through the love and grace of God. Part of this process involves helping people to identify their behaviour patterns, giving them keys to change and enabling them to discover and live in their true identity as children of the Living God.
Who we are
We are a many and varied group of people, all drawn together by a desire to serve Christ, and to see His Body on earth, the Church, built up and encouraged.
All who minister within Still Waters bring their own God-given and unique gifting to this ministry, and have all at a point in their lives realised that the only place for salvation, healing and freedom is the Cross of Christ.

Our vision
To point others to Christ, and the finished work of the cross. To encourage spiritual, emotional and physical wholeness and health.
To see the people of God empowered by His Spirit to live as the unique individuals they were created to be, to the glory of the Father and the building up of the Body of Christ on earth.
We endeavour to accomplish this, not by might, nor by man's power, but by the Spirit of God, through encouraging those who believe the truth of the gospel, to know that truth in every aspect of their lives, minds, emotions, spirits and relationships, so that they may receive healing and freedom in Christ at a deeper level, and be blessed by healthier relationships, within themselves, within family and within community.
Through Still Waters Ministries, we have been privileged to witness many individuals within the Church, seeing them restored and renewed in their relationship with Jesus, out of which flows healthier and more honest relationship within fellowships.
